Agio Patio Furniture - 3:51 PM, 12/30/2006

Author: Hans Dekker

The fresh air of the early spring solstice and the celebration song of the earth call us to leave the safety and comfort of our indoor winter haven. We venture forth to explore the new life that is springing up all around us, and habitually look for a place to relax and absorb the sounds and smells swirling through the air. Agio Patio Furniture may be just the answer to true enjoyment of the new season’s arrival.

We all have our ideas of what the “perfect” outdoor furniture setting looks like. Some enjoy a rustic outdoors woodsy look that will endure the weather with stoic indifference. Others fancy a Victorian wicker patio set that combines comfort and appearance into an attractive setting. Still others go all out for a grand weave of grace and charm that envelopes the user in a rapture of comfort. What do you consider to be the “perfect” outdoor setting? Whatever your personal preference, there’s Agio outdoor furniture on the market that will fit your ideal setting.

Patio furniture sets the tone for your backyard experience. A rustic, wooden patio set invites the family outdoors for an evening of roughhousing and fun. Meanwhile, across town, an Agio patio furniture set begs a father to fire up the barbeque grill for a neighborhood cookout.

Outdoor patio furniture is made for pleasure, especially Agio Patio Furniture. What can be more enjoyable than a day or afternoon in the outdoors of the summer? Outdoor patio furniture has the privilege of bringing people together for a time of togetherness in an outdoor setting that provides all of the comforts of indoor furniture. Chaise lounges are great for relaxation. Chairs with thickly padded cushions and adjustable backs are perfect for comfortable dining. Large tables with their handsome umbrellas to keep the sun from causing discomfort provide spacious table settings. What more could we ask for?

What Type of Patio Furniture Should You Buy - 2:27 PM, 12/29/2006

Author: Carry Staltz

Price of your patio furniture is a concern, but the main consideration should be quality and comfort. People are spending more time out of doors and want a comfortable seating and dining area that looks good. They are willing to spend a bit more money for a teak patio set because it will last for years with minimum up keep and is a classic style that ages with beauty.

Another type of garden furniture that is more common is rattan or wicker. You used to see this type of material used mainly under covered porches or in more southern areas where it is consistently warm. Manufactures today are producing high quality that stand up very well to inclement weather. Plus the bonus is when it starts to fade a little you can just put a fresh coat of paint on it.

For pool furniture the number one favorite addition is the hammock. These relaxing swing beds come in a host of colors and materials for you to choose from. Rope hammocks are popular as are fabric styles like Pawleys Island and Mayan hammocks. They will hold up to 400 lbs and can be purchased with a heavy-duty wood stand like the roman arc wood hammock stand.

For patio accessories adding a dining cart really adds a touch of luxury and is very handy when entertaining on the patio. If you live in an area of the country that the evenings get quite cool just add a small fire pit. They are relatively inexpensive and cheap to run. Some of these will even take briquettes and small pellets that allow you to cook over; great for late evening hot dog roasts.

One accessory that most people that spend their evenings outside cannot live without these days is “mosquito control”. Entertaining outside means you are also inviting these little critters whether you want to or not. Use citronella candles or a bug light to zap them before they zap you.

Probably the cheapest way to buy outdoor patio furniture is to purchase a set all at once. I was out shopping the other day and noticed you cannot buy a good chair and cushion by itself. You can get replacement cushions for patio chairs and benches but not a good chair. They all came in sets or at least the colors and sizes that I would like. After I got home I looked on the Internet and saw most merchants did offer good quality patio chairs without having to buy the table and umbrella too. That is where I will shop when it comes time to replace my garden furniture.
